Most travel agencies still run on in-person meetings. CIS World Travel has never had an office. Beatriz Cardozo, a Venezuelan travel agent, started the agency in August 2020 because she grew up travelling with her family and admired an older sister who did the job. Going fully remote began as a pandemic necessity and turned into the selling point: her clients book everything from home, without rearranging their week. She builds a fresh travel package every week, a cruise deal one week, Europe the next, a Disney World trip for two adults and two kids, a bike tour or a long hike for the adventurous ones.
Her design rules are simple and she repeats them on every piece. Imagery first, because a strong picture is what stops someone scrolling. A tropical island for a cruise, the Eiffel Tower or Big Ben for Europe. Colours bright and matched to the destination rather than a fixed palette. More than one font per piece, so the reader's attention does not drift. The only constant is her logo, which moves around the layout but is always visible. Subscribers get each package by email before it ever hits social media.
Your brochure can work the same way. Put the destination photo on the cover, the day-by-day itinerary across the inside panels, and prices, inclusions, and contact details on the back. Save your logo and colours in a Brand Kit so every package looks like it came from you, resize the cover panel into a social post, then send the finished brochure to your list as an email campaign.
